1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Where's the match? ("the Service"), operated at vargarmatchen.se and vargarmatchen.fly.dev, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

The Service aggregates publicly available match screening information from sports bars across Europe. We do not sell tickets, accept bookings, or guarantee that any bar will show a particular event.

3. No warranty

All information is provided "as is" without any warranty of accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. Matches can be changed, cancelled, or added at short notice. Always confirm directly with the bar before heading out.

4. Prohibited use

You may not:

  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Service, in whole or in part, without prior written permission.
  • Reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit any content from the Service without prior written permission.
  • Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or place an undue burden on the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.

5. Intellectual property

The Service's design, code, and aggregated data compilations are the property of the operator. Individual match details and bar information originate from third-party sources and remain the property of their respective owners.

6. Limitation of liability

The operator shall not be held liable for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service. This includes but is not limited to incorrect match information, cancelled events, or decisions made based on information provided by the Service.

7. Privacy

We take your privacy seriously and collect as little data as possible.

  • No accounts or personal data. We do not require registration and do not collect names, emails, or other personal information through the Service.
  • Local storage. Your country, city, and language preferences are stored locally in your browser and are never sent to our servers.
  • Analytics. We use Umami, a privacy-focused, cookie-free analytics tool, to understand how the Service is used. No personally identifiable information is collected or stored.
  • Geolocation. If you grant permission, your browser location is used client-side only to sort bars by distance. This data is never sent to our servers.
  • No cookies. The Service does not use cookies.

8. Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
